The TanStack community has released a number of powerful libraries for React that help tackle common challenges across all layers of an application. At the core is the file-based router, which is not only fully type-safe but can also serve as a state management solution. With TanStack Query, the days of using useEffect for data fetching are finally behind us. Instead, we get advanced caching capabilities and built-in support for React’s Suspense features. TanStack Start allows us to server-render our application (SSR). And while each library can be used independently, they’re designed to work seamlessly together and benefit from tight integration. In this workshop, we’ll build a React application step by step, using the TanStack libraries to implement real-world use cases and solve typical development challenges. There will also be time for your questions and open discussions. To get the most out of the hands-on exercises, you should already have some experience with React.
